1990-1995 – Dnipropetrovsk National University named after Oles Honchar (Faculty of History)
Social and political life
At the start of his social life, he joined regional division of the Congress of the Ukrainian Nationalists and The People's Movement of Ukraine, where within a short period he held key positions.
2000 – after the split in The People's Movement of Ukraine he took over the leadership of Dnipropetrovsk municipal organization of the party “Reforms and Order”.
November, 2006 – together with other activists he founded a civil organization, called HRAD – “Civil core of Dnipropetrovk», aimed at uniting citizens around the idea of transforming life “here and now”. The slogan of the organization was “Dnipropetrovsk is the heart of Ukraine”. He was an active supporter of the liquidation of attributes and titles of totalitarian regime in the city, foundation of the sculpture garden for the Soviet era memorials, and also initiated launching city-wide public hearings on future city’s name.
2010 – was running for mayor of Dnipropetrovsk.
January, 2011 – became a member of the All-Ukrainian Union “Svoboda”, was in charge of its municipal organization, was running to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
2013 – joined the movement for Dmytro Reva, charged with accessory to “Dnipropetrovsk terrorists”.
2013 – became a founder of the advocacy group “Sich”, which currently provides legal support to the anti-terror operation’s participants and political prisoners. Active player of the Revolution of Dignity.
