The Ukrainians have lost confidence in the law enforcement and judicial system because of the complete bankruptcy of the current authorities. This was stated by the head of Kyiv city organization of UKROP, chairman of the Board of “Maidan of Foreign Affairs” Fund Bohdan Yaremenko in the program “Right to Rule” on the air of “1+1” TV channel.

“Every statement by the authorities in any case causes arouses distrust of the Ukrainians. This power has gone bankrupt, it has to go,” said the UKROP member.

As an example, Bohdan Yaremenko cited recent unrest in Great Britain, after which about eighty people were convicted. British society entrusts its authorities, so nobody doubts about the fairness of court decisions.

Instead, the Ukrainians in the event of any notable case are divided into two opposing camps. For example, the same happened after the arrest of the head of the “Officers’ Corps” Volodymyr Ruban. The authorities and the so-called opposition from the former regionals do everything to split the Ukrainian society.

“You say that it is necessary to unite the country, and at the same time you state that everyone should have their own language, their heroes and religion. How are you going to unite it?” noted Bohdan Yaremenko.
