On March 14, the head of UKROP, MP Taras Batenko, MP Iryna Konstankevych and the head of Kyiv city party organization Bohdan Yaremenko held a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Ukraine Isabelle Dumont.
The UKROP members presented to the foreign diplomat the program of the political force and shared information on the preparations for the presidential primaries. The participants of the meeting also discussed general issues of development of democracy in Ukraine and the ways to reform the electoral system.
In addition, both parts became interested in the idea of promoting French literature and culture in the regions where UKROP has the greatest support and number of representatives in local authorities.
