Taras Batenko has stressed that since the first months of the next year, UKROP is launching an election campaign for local elections in April, as well as actively preparing for the presidential elections in Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada.
“For UKROP, this is an important stage in party building, a chance to create a real, effective, empowered party structure for a long time to come. Today, UKROP is a systemic opposition party that can really compete and win the elections,” added the head of the party political council.
Besides, during the event UKROP’s results at the elections in the UTC, which were held on December 24, were also discussed. As it is known, the party received 5.7% of votes.

And our goal for the next year is to get at least 5% of the mandates for the deputies of UKROP in each region of Ukraine, where local elections will take place. The party should nominate its candidates, campaign for them, gain the confidence of voters in order to get the opportunity to meet the expectations and improve life in every region and in Ukraine in general,” said the Head of the UKROP party secretariat Denys Borysenko.
