The Security Service has violated the secrecy of investigation, having published the audio information in the case of the head of the public organization “Guard of Order”, deputy chairman of Volyn Regional Association of Afghan War Veterans Oleksandr Tyvodar. This was stated by the Head of Volyn Regional Council, member of the presidium of the “Ukrainian Association of Patriots” Ihor Palytsya.
“This is disclosure of the secrecy of investigation. And what if this is not Oleksandr Tyvodar’s voice on the record? You know what happened to “Gongadze tape recordings”. Publication of audio is a gift to Tyvodar’s lawyer,” said Ihor Palytsya.
As it is known, on September 6, during the press conference the Security Service in Volyn region disclosed data that should be the secret of investigation. It is referred to telephone conversations of allegedly the head of the “Guard of Order” Oleksandr Tyvodar. His lawyer Vadym Matviiv has noted that in this way the Security Service of Ukraine goes beyond the law, and does not investigate the case objectively.
Speaking about the “Guard of Order”, Ihor Palytsya has emphasized that they are patriots for him: “These are the ATO participants who came here and taught guys how to defend ourselves from the Russian aggression. These are those who may protect all of us in any case, in particular from bandit disorder.”
The representative of UKROP has added that this is why his Fund “Only together” has been supporting this public organization since 2014. The members of the “Guard of Order” played a significant role in ensuring order in Odessa, when Ihor Palytsya headed the Regional Administration. In addition, unlike the public formation “BUG”, the “Guard of Order” is not engaged in covering illegal mining of amber. As for the accusations of the MP Ihor Lapin and the ex-secretary of Lutsk City Council Yuliya Vusenko, the Head of Volyn Regional Council has stated that he is not interested in it.
“I know their steps in advance,” said the politician.
It is to be recalled, Oleksandr Tyvodar was detained on August 8 on the basis of falsified criminal proceedings opened by the Security Service employees in Zakarpattya region.
On August 10 already, Lutsk City Court released him from custody under personal guarantee. The court took into account the health condition of the detainee, as well as the fact that he did not hide from the investigation and has only positive characteristics.
