On August 7, the online reception office of the deputies from Kryvyi Rih city party organization of the “Ukrainian Association of Patriots – UKROP” started its work. Now everyone can contact them at https://ukrop-online.com.
The UKROP representatives state that there is no difference between the appeal filed via the website, and the personal one. Instead, it is more convenient and quickly to send an e-request.
“At any time, if connected to the Internet, the residents of Kryviy Rih will be able to send their questions or to appeal to the deputy of district or city council, and to get legal aid. We have opened this service after having communicated with those voters who work, study or live in remote areas and to whom it is not comfortable to go to the reception offices. The interface of the service is very simple and understandable. We hope that with the help of this service we will be able to solve urgent problems more effectively,” said the head of the UKROP faction in Kryvyi Rih City Council Mykola Kolesnyk.
Now the “Ukrainian Association of Patriots” is the only party organization that has introduced such an electronic service for citizens.
“We are trying to meet the spirit of our time. We are glad that we may be useful for our voters and make it easier to communicate with us,” said Serhiy Gordeyev, deputy from UKROP of Dovhyntsy district council.
