During two years of its existence the “Ukrainian Association of Patriots – UKROP” has been strengthening together with the civil society, protecting the rights of communities, supporting fighters at the frontline and advocating fair transformations in the state. Now, the party representatives should assume responsibility for building a free state of free people in Ukraine.
The Head of the UKROP political council, MP Taras Batenko has written it on his Facebook page on July 12.
“We should guarantee the right of every citizen to economic independence and decent life. The aim of the UKROP party is a free country of free people. And all of us share responsibility for its implementation,” added Taras Batenko.
The Head of the political council of the “Ukrainian Association of Patriots” has called on the party members to prevent the establishment of dictatorship in Ukraine and to help clean up the authorities from enemies represented by corrupt officials who are ready to trade in the country for immediate benefit, ignoring people’s opinion and the deaths of thousands of Ukrainian defenders.
The politician has also stressed that UKROP’s main values – truth and justice – are already being implemented by the party representatives in Parliament and more than two thousand deputies in local councils all over the country. In just two years, the “Ukrainian Association of Patriots” has managed to be in the top five leaders according to the election results in the united communities, having bypassed some parliamentary forces. In addition, the party was recognized as one of the most distinguished among those that do not have their factions in the Verkhovna Rada.
“But this is a reason not only to be proud of, but also to do our work with more responsibility,” stressed Taras Batenko.
