The current authorities, which were brought to power by Maidan, use the courts under their control for deciding instead of people who will rule. This was stated by the Head of Volyn Regional Council, member of the UKROP presidium Ihor Palytsya on his Facebook page, commenting on court’s decision in the case of the ex-secretary of Lutsk City Council Ihor Polischuk. On July 4, Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the claims of the ex-secretary of Lutsk City Council Yulia Vusenko, who had been recently dismissed by the deputies. It took about 15 minutes. At the same time the appeals of the opposite side were “forgotten” by judges. According to Ihor Polischuk, during consideration of the case, the presiding judge had already got a prepared full text of the court’s ruling, and this means that the issue was resolved before the hearing.
“Today, the court follows the order of the “tops”, and instead of the city residents and their delegated representatives in the City Council makes decisions on who should rule the city, and tomorrow by the order of the tops it will decide instead of people who will run the country! Tops, come to your senses and stop! Remember what people were expecting, choosing you!” wrote the politician.
Ihor Palytsya has also noted that as a result of the authorities’ efforts to establish a monopoly in power and important decisions, people lose faith in truth and justice, and the credibility of the institutions of the President, the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers is now less than ten percent.
At the same time, everything that does not happen according to the scenario, is called by the authorities provocations of Moscow, and those who tell unpleasant truth about Ukraine’s rulers – are called enemies and collaborators, added the representative of UKROP.
