The “Ukrainian Patriots Association – UKROP” has been included to the Top 5 of virtuous non-parliamentary parties with the index of 66%.
This is according to the data of the Eidos Center, obtained after analysis of the political forces’ reports in 2016. In particular, UKROP was ranked first according to the criterion “institutional capacity” (the number of offices, staff and reception offices). In addition, the party has high rates according to the criterion of “accountability” – 75%.
In terms of declared income the “Ukrainian Patriots Association” has got the second place: last year the central office and regional branches of the party received 10.6 million UAH of contributions from physical and legal persons.
“From the date of the party formation UKROP has adhered to the principles of transparency. We honestly report on our revenues and expenditures. We have nothing to hide, because these funds are used for the real work, for protection of the communities’ interests all over Ukraine,” stressed the Head of the party secretariat Denys Borysenko.
Reference. Experts of the Eidos Center have analyzed reports of the nine non-parliamentary political forces out of almost 350 parties according to three criteria: transparency, institutional capacity and accountability. For the analysis they have selected the parties, which have at least 1 million cash flow, 100 and more representatives in local authorities, more than 2% support in polls and which have participated in the recent local elections.
