The Mayor of Dnipro Borys Filatov has taken the second place in a ranking of mayors, implementing electronic technologies. The adviser to the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the expert of the Agency for Electronic Governance Yanika Merylo has written about it on her Facebook page.
“We continue to publish the results of the survey (concerning – Ed.) electronic drivers and bottlenecks in the categories where statistically everything is clear,” she wrote. Thus, during the vote, held by the adviser on the Internet, 32.4% of respondents named Borys Filatov an “electronic Mayor”. Only Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi could get more support (47.6%) and took the first place.
The ranking of those who slow down e-progress of their cities was headed by Kharkiv Mayor Hennady Kernes. The second place takes Odessa Mayor Hennady Trukhanov, and the third is Vitali Klitschko, the Mayor of Kyiv.
Yanika Merylo has also informed that these data were collected during the survey of 700 respondents and they show how people perceive the mayors. She has promised that soon there will be a ranking of e-cities based on objective indicators.
