The lawmakers from the “Ukrainian Patriots Association – UKROP” have supported the bill № 4482 that exempts from mobilization for military service those people whose close relatives were killed or missed during their direct participation in army actions in ATO zone. The MPs Oleksandr Dubinin, Valentyn Didych, Vitaliy Kupriy and Taras Batenko have voted for this document. The law will affect those people who have lost husband, wife, son, daughter, father, mother, grandfather or grandmother, relatives and half-blood (those who have a common father or mother), brother or sister.

“I believe that adoption of this law is an important decision because it is aimed at improving the process of mobilization and ameliorating protection of the citizens of Ukraine whose relatives were killed in ATO zone,” wrote the MP Oleksandr Dubinin on his Facebook page.

The law comes into force on the next day after its publication.
