If Irina Konstankevych, who was nominated by the UKROP party for participation in the midterm parliamentary elections in the 23rd district in Volyn, gets into the Parliament, first of all she will take up the humanitarian issues – namely, the problems of education, in particular, the inclusive one. She has stated it during the 8th Party Congress of UKROP in Kyiv.
Professor stresses that Ukraine’s education needs significant changes at every stage – from primary to high school, and our society requires these changes.
“We have a unique situation here in Volyn, when my like-minded fellows from UKROP are present in all branches of local authorities, and this guarantees intellectual, creative and financial investment in the region, – said Irina Konstankevych. – If UKROP team from Volyn strengthens their presence in the Parliament, the changes will be even more significant and rapid”.
It is to be recalled, during the 8th Party Congress of the “Ukrainian Patriots Association – UKROP” that was held on May 27 in Kyiv, the delegates nominated Irina Konstankevych to run for Parliament in the district № 23. Irina was born in 1965 in Lviv, she lives in Lutsk. She graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Faculty of Philology. Doctor of Philology. Head of the Department of Ukrainian Literature at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn State University. (from 2013 Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University). Deputy Chairman of Ihor Palytsya Charitable Fund “Only together”; deputy of Volyn Regional Council, elected from UKROP.
