School graduates in Dnipropetrovsk are officially allowed to swim in the city fountains. This order was signed by the head of the city Borys Filatov. The mayor ordered the public utilities to bring 9 city fountains in good condition and not to prevent the graduates from swimming there until May, 28, 21.00. Security and public order will be ensured by the representatives of the city council and the police.
“The city means people, but not bridges, factories or shopping centers. The city is designed for people, and not for the officials, swindlers and thieves. By the order I allow the graduates to swim in the city fountains. Anyway they will do it, no matter how I would forbid it,” wrote Borys Filatov on his Facebook page.
