The elections in Donbas are out of the question as long as the criminals and Russian troops are deployed there. The famous Ukrainian writer and the member of the presidium of UKROP political council Vasyl Shklyar has stated it to the journalists during a rally against the elections in the occupied territories.
“No agreements and no elections in Donbas. We demand that the border control is restored – that’s all,” said the writer. According to him, currently the leaders of the country are trying to reach a compromise on Donbas with the European partners, but this is not an option for Ukraine.
“We are against any elections while all this vermin are there. Criminals should be punished, sent away, destroyed,” said Vasyl Shklyar.
