The Kremlin regime is fully responsible for the lives and health of the Ukrainians who are illegally detained in Russian prisons. This was stated during a rally in support of the Kremlin’s political prisoners that was held under the parliament of Canada by Victor Shevchenko, an MP from UKROP.
“The Kremlin regime is fully responsible for the health and lives of our citizens. I sincerely hope that thanks to the support of many people around the world, we will be able to see Oleg Sentsov, Roman Sushchenko, Oleksandr Kolchenko and many others in our homeland, near their relatives and friends,” stressed Victor Shevchenko.
According to the MP, today the whole civilized world is concerned about the health of the Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov, who has been starving for about a month. Actions in support of a political prisoner take place even beyond the ocean.
“Canada, as well as the rest of the civilized world, is concerned about the health of the Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov and other political prisoners who are illegally detained in Russian prisons. We once again demand to liberate them,” said the UKROP member.
The MPs of the Verkhovna Rada and the representatives of the Canadian parliamentary group of friendship with Ukraine joined the rally in support of Ukrainian political prisoners.
